Yoga
The weekend will focus on deepening the practice of yoga asanas, exploring other aspects of yogic practice and getting plenty of rest to come back home restored and revitalised.

There will be 2 yoga sessions on Saturday and Sunday - late morning and afternoon. An optional early morning practice will be available on Sunday. There will be plenty of time to rest, go for walks and explore the countryside.

Accommodation - Lumb Bank
We will be staying at Lumb Bank - an eighteenth century mill owner's house set in twenty acres of steep pastureland. The house used to belong to Ted Hughes and it now houses the Arvon Foundation, a centre for creative writing courses. It is set in striking countryside - woods and rivers, fine stone houses and weavers' cottages, packhorse trails and ruins of the old mills.

Accommodation will be in single, twin or double rooms in the main house. All yoga practice will take place in a converted barn.

Lumb Bank is half a mile from the village of Heptonstall and one mile from Hebden Bridge. Hebden Bridge is easily accessible from London on the main Leeds to Manchester railway line or by car
